It seems like it's not a fruitful year for me in the aspect of career and my interpersonal skills.
However, it's a year to be remembered.
It's a year with lotsa new experiences and many first-time. Here i start with the list.
1. Had my overseas birthday for the very first time.
2. Bought Fossil Watch with my hard-earn bucks.
3. Had glutinous rice balls at outside shop during Winter Solstice.
4. Ended my Xmas in Genting.
just to name a few and the list goes on..
Anyway, have a great year ahead!

Thanks for the wake-up-call and the joke of the day! LOLX
Finally, Im able to hit Uniqlo! *elating*
Anyway, i decided to share the energy-charging-article with you. Here it goes.
Do you remember your childhood dreams of career choices, the man or woman of your dreams, or the prized sports car? Did you replace them with new dreams as you got older, like most people do? Have you attained your dreams? If not, why?
The saying, "We are the creators of our own destiny,"is right on the mark! We spend a great deal of time thinking about what we want-what we want to be when we grow up, the type of lifestyle we would like to lead, the location and type of home we would like to own-but so many of these dreams do not come to fruition. Why? Because they are often just yearnings, hopes, or the proverbial brass ring.
But they need not be. You can actually attain the things you have always wished for, but you need more than a vague idea of what is truly desired. You need to deliberately pursue your goal to create your reality.
Dreams and aspirations are kind of like seeds in a garden. Would you just plant sees and leave them to fend for themselves, expecting them to grow into the desired fruit, vegetable, or flower? Of course not. Without water to stay quenched, fertilizer for growth, and regular weeding. your seeds would not thrive at all. In fact, they would just wither away. That is exactly what can happen to your dreams. They will never flourish without thought, attention, and energy. Deliberately attention is needed. It is the process of putting action to your intention that will help manifest your dreams.

1.Have a pasta, or any other carb-rich food, the night before your flight. Recent research has discovered that carbs boost your ability to sleep, especially when flying westward.
2. On the plane, sleep during what would be appropriate sleeping hours at your destination and turn the air-con up. The coolness lowers your body' core temperature, signalling it to sleep.
3. Airlines usually serve food during the meal times of the city you departed from. Avoid eating at these times as it will disrupt your acclimatisation.
4. Keep to water for hydration when you're flying. Alcohol is 2 - 3 times more potent when consumed on a flight (one glass has in the air has the effect of 2 - 3 on land) and will disrupt your internal clock and exaggerate jet lag.

I was so ecstatic because i thought i will be able to hit Uniqlo today and maybe pay a visit to Kinokuniya as well. But ended up, i headed to Mid Valley again! It has been three consecutive weeks that i spent my lovely Sunday in MV. FML.
Was stuck in the jam for 1 hours which i was late for my appointment and ended up i had to change the venue due to the massive jam.
It was my first time encountering such a terrible jam! Caught in the jam since i was in Seremban highway and all the way to KL. Initially, i thought i could avoid the jam by alternative. However, all the routes to KL would be ended up in a same result, that is, JAM!! FML!!
Here is the clip about the protest.

Therefore, try to observe the environment before u decide to get any fresh sugar cane juice!
Please take 2 mins to read this.
this email was sent by a friend whose father is working
with the Ministry of the Environment in S'pore.
Health News - About Sugar Cane Drinks
A friend whose father works for the government health
inspection passed on his info. Their job is to inspect all
hawkers, their cooked food, their store hygiene, etc. They
found sugar cane juice has the highest content of bacteria
among all food. In fact, it has exceeded the set limit.
Hence, these guys had to find out why. They went round all
sugar cane stores and watched the way the hawkers handled
their sugar cane, wash their glasses, their entire
procedure.. But they couldn't find the problem.
One day, they stayed till closing time and discovered some
shocking facts! Whenever, the hawkers closed their stores,
they would wash the floor with detergent.. As we know, the
remaining sugar canes will be placed at the back of the
store, vertically standing and as sugar canes are very
porous, they tend to absorb whatever liquid around them.
Besides the soapy water, the dirt on hawkers' boots,
cats' urine, etc, will all be absorbed?? Now, whenever I
eat at a hawker centre, I would warn all my friends about
this and of course I stopped drinking my favorite sugar cane
A friend, who loved sugar cane juice, was pregnant. She was
always drinking sugar cane juice. Anyway, one day she
miscarried and the fetus was already like 6 or 7 months old,
I think. When the doctors did an autopsy to find out why all
of a sudden the fetus had died inside her, they found traces
of some chemical substance, which was found in cat urine...
Large traces of it.
While it would not be able to harm adults, it was extremely
toxic to babies, what more a fetus? So they tried to
determine how this cat urine thing could have ended up in
the fetus. This meant that it had to be digested by the
mother, right? And the only logical conclusion they could
come up with was that since these sugar cane juice stall
holders just leave the canes lying around on the wet and
dirty floor, it would not be impossible to think that stray
cats could have peed on those sugar canes or near those
sugar canes. So think carefully the next time you order that
favorite sugar cane juice!

Shocking news! I was like "Huh? How come got such thing nowadays?"
Dont you think it's rediculous?
Read on you will know.
India district bans cell phones for unmarried women
A local council in northern India has banned unmarried women from carrying mobile telephones to halt a series of illicit romances between partners from different castes, media reports said Wednesday.
The Baliyan council in Uttar Pradesh state decided to act after at least 23 young couples ran away and got married over the last year against their parents' wishes.
"The panchayat (assembly) was convinced that the couples planned their elopement over their cell phones," village elder Jatin Raghuvanshi told the Calcutta Telegraph.
The rules of inter-caste marriages are complicated and extremely rigid in many rural communities in India, with some lovers even murdered in "honour killings" by relatives trying to protect their family's reputation.
"All parents were told to ensure their unmarried daughters do not use cell phones. The boys can do so, but only under their parents' monitoring," said Satish Tyagi, a spokesman for the village assembly.
Caste discrimination is banned in India but still pervades many aspects of daily life, especially outside the cities.
Traditional Hindu society breaks down into brahmins (priests and scholars), kshatriya (soldiers), vaishya (merchants) and shudra (labourers). Below the caste system are the Dalits, formerly known as "Untouchables".
Caste categories often determine Indians' life prospects, and conservative families will only marry within their own caste sub-division.Source: MSN news

I had a great Sunday today by meeting out a bunch of friends and have done something which i wanted to do since long time ago-eye brow shaping.
It was a unique meeting for me because i did not expect it to be turned out so. Meeting an artist who i do not really know. Yet, he was quite handsome. :P (But it was non of my business because he has already engaged :()
It will be a great motivation for me after meeting meeting Eunice. It will never be a disappointed one. But thinking of the other side of the story, i will not be joining you guys so soon. At least at this moment, i would not do so.
Heading to Mid Valley to catch up with Jing and it was a good one. However, wonderful moment flies. In fact, it was really a dinner only. T.T
On top of all, i did eye brow shaping and im satisfied. To my surprise, i thought my hair was all right all the while. But the lady told me that i should have had a cut! I was like Oh No! How could that be? I just had it last month. I thought it was fine! It was really hard to get a stylist who knows your ideal hair cut well.
A brand new week soon!

We ordered the same thing, that is, lamb shoulder. I was a bit regretted for ordering that because i was so tired cutting off the meat. FYI, im not a big fan of steak.

Be prepared to splurge on this because the books are darn cheap. Imagine you can get those books with just 10 bucks which normally sell at 5o bucks. Therefore, people are carrying boxes of books instead of just a few books.
I bet the crowd during the weekend is gonna be a crazy one. All the best!
The book fair will end at 17 Nov.
Taadaa! my damage!
