Do you have any problem in applying eyeliner.I always here my frens saying that 'oh, i don't know how to apply the eyeliner","How thick the eyeline should be?","where shall i start the line" etc. If you have such problems,well, below is a video where you can learn how to apply the eyeline tactfully.
