Karena Lam? Are u confusing who is this Karena? Well, if you do. 林嘉欣 (Lam Kar Yan), the Hong Kong actress, would sound familiar to u i guess. Actually, i wasn't sure who is the ambassador of Neutrogena before this. Or i don't even know Neutrogena has an ambassador until today's event. I'm sure not only me but there will be a lot of people will be getting knowing this Neutrogena thing because of this Karena, vice versa. FYI, Karena announced that she joined Neutrogena since this year. Before, Karena reached 1-u, the MC of the event, Jentzen had to come up with different games and calling people around to play games so that there wouldn't be any stage wait. Anyway, let the pictures speak!

Well, Jentzen is well-versed in Cantonese, Mandarin and also English.

This xiao mei mei is a japanese kid..She is sooooo cute. Initially, her dad hugs her. But after realising we are taking pic, he lets the xiao mei mei down. But too bad, she doesn't look happy in this pic. She even frowns when she knew ppl are taking photos of her.

Bon Odori 2009 Part 1

33rd Bon Odori 2009 was celebrated in Panasonic Sport Complex @ Shah Alam on 18th July. Visitors are able to expose to the Japanese culture if one happens to be there because one can witness not only the stalls selling japanese products like japanese ice-cream but also the cultraul performances. This is my first time to visit such a spectacular Japanese event which held by the Japan Club of KL, The Japanese school of KL and the Embassy of Japan. It was crowded when i reached there around 5.30pm.
Here marks the history of Bon Odori~

Visitors can buy a balloon which costs RM 12


You can get this fan which is quite useful at the entrance of the sport complex.
It has a variety of choice like a fan with Siti Nurhaliza on it, a coming-soon- Toyota-Prius, Sushi King and etc.




Visitors can try the Sushi at the Sushi King booth. BUT itis not FOC definitely. LOL


Finally, the night has come. The event started with Drum Performance after the specch by the guest.


End with some beers..(the blue one is from australia while the white one is from US)
You know what, the beer was kinda special because i never noticed such beers before. However, i realised one can get it from 7-11 as well!

Hennessy Artistry

Hennessy Artistry event is up again! Although i have no luck in winning any prizes, but I have the urge to write in and comment on why i want to go and stand the chance to win a pair of passes! I've never been to any club before plus i'm interested in this event! Hehe..This event is on next thursday at the Loft. Sigh. i don't think i will go if i were to be one of the lucky people because my exam is around the corner! At the same time, i hope i could be chilling in the event!

Escape the Yakuza

I saw this contest in cheesie's blog but too bad the contest has already closed.
If u win the grand prize u would be able to get 5 premier tickets + 2 close and personal passes to meet the cast of The Shinjuku Incident at Pavilion on 31 March. ...Luckily i'm neither daniel Wu nor Jackie Chan's fans. If not i would really go crazy for missing out this golden opportunity to meet these two big shots! It has 50 consolation prize as the winner could win 2 movie passes to watch The Shinjuku Incident.

Earth Hour

Earth Hour is on going now! But woohoo..my light is still on and everything is on...I guess some of my coursemates are participating NOW! As they are offline now..hahaha
As i'm at home so i won't off the light lerrr....If not I would be bored to die because i've nothing to do.
Really want to go out to see what's going on. However no one dates me out lerrr and lazy to go out as well! So what can i do? just stay at home as usual..

The Formula 1 Grand Prix is back in Malaysia!!!

The race is ON!! On the 5th of April 2009, international F1 racers are all going to be in Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia. Which team is going to come out first place after 56 laps? Is it going to be Ferrari, McLaren, Renault or BMW Sauber? Fans can take their sides but only their performance on the day itself matters.

Shing shing mah and i talked about this last week. The ticket is really expensive. Therefore i've never thought of going for it ady since i knew the price..unless someone wants to sponsor us...hahaha

She told me that i can get student price which has 70% discount. This is the ever first promotion F1 is offering to students! Due to recession?? That is really a great markdown where the students only need to pay ard 60 bucks compared to a normal price which is 2++. But that is definitely NOT grandstand ticket! Normal ticket only....

I tried to join a contest to win Grandstand ticket today. But i think the hope is bleak lerrr...But who knows, maybe my luck is there! haha...being too optimistic here..
